Our goal is to help women and moms tone up and feel confident and sexy in a bikini again! We believe that no foods should be off-limits, and lasting results mean keeping the things that bring you joy. We dont cut out or demonize any particular food or nutrient. Coach, Jess McKin, is a mom of 3 girls, wife of a veteran, and bikini competitor. After years of struggling to lose the baby weight, yo-yo dieting, home workouts that felt like torture... all it took was finding this simple way of weight training and NOT cutting out all of the foods that I craved.
